just me...

For me anyway...I ran 12.5 miles in 2:30 last night.  I was really going fast.  But the weather was great, every now and then there would be this awesome breeze and I would really pick up my pace.  I hope this nice weather stays with us at least until the marathon.  then it can do whatever it wants!
