so far, today is going much better than  yesterday.

I seem to be doing allthe right things today...guess I was just having a case of the monday's yesterday :)

I am finally getting back in the pool today to start swimming.  Still no running for me though, the knee needs physical therapy.  Once the semester calms down in April, I will start that up and see how bad the damamge is.
